1 General Terms & Conditions

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security of your ai99 account. Never share your login password with anyone. ai99 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat — if you receive any such message, report it to our support team immediately.

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
• To update personal information, please submit a request through support. Changes to your name or date of birth may require additional verification.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months) may have their balance adjusted subject to an inactivity fee.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Popular Bangladeshi payment methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — are available for deposits and withdrawals on ai99. All transactions are conducted in BDT.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 100. Maximum single deposit limits apply as per the relevant terms and conditions.
• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1-2 business hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• A specified wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing any bonus-linked balance.
• Additional identity verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
• Ai99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any transaction suspected of being fraudulent.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

7 Prohibited Activities
